**The Role**
Hudson has partnered with a high-profile federal government agency looking for an experienced EL 1 Program Officer to work on multiple grant programs to support communities around the country.
**Duties**
***
- Lead analysis of program data for grants to support communities in all states and territories.
- Interpret program management data provided by the Business Grants Hub to track individual grantee progress against milestones to correlate program performance.
- Work with the Enterprise Project Management Office to develop project management systems for grant programs across the Branch.
- Use strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills to derive data to support evidence-based decision making for grant program management.
- Lead and drafting of briefing and communication and to support the Executive, the Minister and engagement with stakeholders, including ministerial submissions, Question Time and Senate Estimate briefs and responses to media enquiries.
- Build and sustain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders including Australian and State and Territory.
- Consolidate project data based in Excel spreadsheets to provide comprehensive and easily accessed data on individual projects within grant programs.
- Work closely with the Business Grants Hub in the monitoring and management of grant programs.
