As a key interface across ABN Group, the P&A team partners closely with stakeholders to deliver high-impact digital solutions that support strategic initiatives and drive lasting value.

The Role

Reporting to the Test Practice Manager, you will support a digital transformation's project testing activities. As a Senior Test Analyst, you will take on all forms of Automated functional, technical and integration testing under the guidance of a Test Manager.

This is a 12-month fixed term contract

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing end-to-end testing processes and defect lifecycles
  • Deep analysis and creating complex test case scenarios using industry automation test tools
  • Analysing test results, documenting root causes, and collaborating with Development teams for issue resolution
  • Helping establish best practices in testing and contribute to continuous improvement in QA processes
  • Creating test plans, executing automated tests, ensuring comprehensive test coverage, traceability and quality delivery
  • Mentor and assist team members and contribute to a culture of innovation and excellence

You

You're a career Test professional with 5 years of minimum experience building scalable, efficient automated test solutions using a risk-based test approach. Your skills with stakeholder management and effective communication skills will see you succeed in this role.

Other skills and experiences include:

  • Demonstrated knowledge of test methodologies, approaches and automated frameworks
  • Hands-on experience as a Senior Test Analyst, or equivalent role (e.g. Senior Automation Engineer)
  • Knowledge in cloud platforms and software such as AWS, Azure and Software as a Service (Saas)
  • Sound understanding of automated functional and integration testing
  • Proven track record in agile delivery environments in collaboration with geographically diverse teams
  • Experience with UiPath or Playwright & Postman automation test tools or similar essential
  • Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365 or construction management systems will be highly regarded
