Customer Service Advisor job in Macquarie Park

**Your new company**
This unique company is dedicated to servicing the healthcare sector and is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their busy team. Having secured business with new customers, this newly created position offers the opportunity for a passionate person to develop their career.

**Your new role**
In this role you will be responsible for:

- Responding to customer queries and proactively managing changes
- Taking and managing jobs / bookings in support of the operations across Australia, New Zealand and globally
- Supporting drivers as they deliver important medical goods
- Liaise with and build relationships with suppliers such as airlines
- Quoting / pricing jobs
- General administration and operational support for senior executives

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successfully in this role, you will ideally have previous experience in a fast paced customer service environment. As you'll be dealing with the healthcare sector, you'll need to have fist class communication skills and be able to work with high levels of attention to detail and accuracy. Strong IT skills and confidence to learn new systems is crucial.
