**Responsibilities will include but not limited to**:
- Providing a professional, consistent and effective service to customers, subcontractors and internal stakeholders;
- Ensuring our fleet and subcontractors are compliant with company requirements
- Ensuring subcontractor equipment, driver and company information is updated and maintained;
- Assisting in the recruitment of new subcontractors in order to grow the ResourceCo contractor database;
- Working closely with the Business Development Managers to provide solutions for our customers, fleet and subcontractors.
- Provide effective communication when identifying and resolving operational challenges
- Ensuring administrative activities, data preparation, processing, analysis, storage and reporting activities are implemented, efficient and responsive; and
- Actively contributing to continuously improving the systems and processes, to meet the increasing demands generated by growth in our business.
- Implementing ResourceCo Values (Sustainable, Committed, Creative and Agile) into day-to-day practice
- Use of 3rd Party Safety Systems / fleet maintenance equipment;
**About you**:
**- Qualifications in a relevant logistics discipline would be advantageous, however not essential;
- Sound experience in fleet allocation/scheduling preferably within the transport, civil construction or Earthmoving Industry;
- Work both autonomously & collaboratively in a small close knit team;
- Have an understanding of safety and compliance principals;
- Ability to prioritize work flows;
- Strong people skills including strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
