Job Description

Are you passionate about designing smart, scalable tech solutions that shape the future of a leading convenience retailer?

We're looking for adynamic Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of integrated technology solutions across our retail business. In this role, you'll help transform digital operations, enhance customer experiences, and drive innovation through modern architecture and emerging tech.

What You'll Do

• Design future-ready ICT architectures that align with enterprise standards and deliver real retail value
• Enable seamless systems integration using APIs, middleware, and scalable patterns
• Assess and apply emerging technologies to keep us competitive and customer-focused
• Guide and govern delivery, providing expert input to projects, vendors, and stakeholders
• Translate business needs into logical solution designs with clear roadmaps and dependencies
• Support and influence strategic decisions with your architectural insight and market knowledge
• Collaborate closely with IT, business units, and external partners to align on outcomes
• Support vendor selection, evaluation, and architecture fit
• Ensure solutions are compliant, secure, and scalable for retail operations
• Apply a solid understanding of enterprise architecture principles, governance, and emerging tech trends

Qualifications

What You Bring

• Strong background in ICT architecture, solution design, and integration
• Experience working in or supporting retail or consumer-focused businesses
• A strategic mindset with hands-on ability to solve problems and simplify complexity
• Ability to work across business and IT teams to turn vision into action
