What's on offer?

We are looking for an Operations Supervisor to be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day technical operations on site. You will ensure construction activities are executed safely, accurately, and in accordance with project specifications and regulatory standards. Day to day you will:

  • Ensure records are maintained to meet employee, organisational and statutory requirements.

  • Communicate effectively and professionally with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring confidentiality of all written and verbal communication.

  • Provide technical guidance to site teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders, interpreting plans, drawings, and specifications.

  • Monitor construction quality, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with project standards, codes, and regulations.

  • Alignment with our values of Respect, Energy & Effort, Attitude & Leadership

  • Adopting and driving Fulton Hogan's Living Safely Culture.

How you'll connect to the role?

To be successful in this role you will have similar experience within civil construction working on civil infrastructure projects.  You will have excellent organisational skills with demonstrated ability to work within tight deadlines. You will have the ability to positively influence and lead a team/subcontractors.
