They have developed a unique approach to the management of property and investments, taking great pride in growing relationships based on trust and integrity.

Reporting into the CEO, you will be responsible for providing generalist advice to the CEO and partnering closely with key stakeholders, providing operational support to key stakeholder groups.

**About you**:

- Tertiary qualifications within Human Resource Management
- Demonstrated experience across all facets of HR
- Strong relationship management, interpersonal and negotiation skills, ability to communicate and influence at senior/exec levels across the business
- Strong performance orientation and focus on results, with a demonstrated ability to execute under tight deadlines
- Ability and comfortability in working autonomously
