Working across a large array of issues to support our community, the department is looking for a HR Medical Claims Officer/Return to Work officer to come on board and join their exciting team

**Your new role**
This AO4 Medical Claims officer role coordinates the return to work for employees across different departments for successful return to office. Your duties would include:

- Medical case management and rehabilitation coordination for return to work;
- Communicate with customer and injured workers to coordinate the successful returns to office;
- Maintain strong and professional relationships with medical health providers, insurance agencies and allied health professionals for return to work;
- Prepare reports and submissions to coordinate and manage the progress of case management;
- Identify any issues or gaps to assist with a successful return to work;
- Maintain the integrity of the case management records.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Strong, confident and clear communication with internal and external stakeholders;
- Excellent time management skills for case management loading;
- Problem solving skills;
- Strong typing skills;
- Prior Government knowledge.
