Job Description

The requirements of the role are as follows:

- Carry out tasks of a financial nature including payment of accounts, invoicing, corporate card management, journals, and general debtors.
- Keep detailed accurate records of transactions using a variety of systems and computing packages including Microsoft Office & Technology One.
- Ensure all activities are undertaken in accordance with policy guidelines, practices and procedures within the organisation.
- Liaise with officers of other Departments, Corporate and Regions in regard to financial administration policies, systems and procedures.
- Support the month end process as required.
- Process and reconcile financial transactions with precision and efficiency.
- Prepare and review financial reports to support departmental operations.
- Assist with budget monitoring and expenditure tracking.
- Provide accurate financial advice and support to internal stakeholders.
- Maintain and update financial records and documentation.

The Successful Applicant

A successful AO4 Finance Officer should have:

- A background in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial systems and software. (Technology one)
- A keen eye for detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
