**What You’ll Do**:
As a key player in our Melbourne team, you’ll take on an empowering role, conducting property inspections across Melbourne Your daily adventures will include:

- Performing routine inspections that provide valuable insights to our clients.
- Creating detailed entry and exit condition reports that set standards for excellence.
- Hosting engaging open homes, where your charisma can shine and leave a lasting impression

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Current VIC real estate registration
- A current driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Corporate / professional presentation
- Proven experience in property inspections or a related field (e.g., property management or real estate)
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify any potential issues within properties
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, allowing you to effectively liaise with tenants and other stakeholders
- Ability to work autonomously and meet tight deadlines
