**The Opportunity**

**The Role**

This office continues to grow year on year and is currently running with a mixed team of maturity and experience that’s matched by a contemporary outlook and a constant focus on getting better.

They are seeking an Inspection Manager that lives in the local area to carry out scheduled inspections - open, routine, entry all based in Yarraville. You will be supported and given the tools you need to produce a high standard of work.

**Tasks include but are not limited to**:

- Support the team of Property Managers
- Complete reports after inspections
- Preferably looking for someone with RP Office and Inspection express experience
- Assist with some admin work like processing invoices and reception lunch cover

**About You**
- Current Agent's Representative Certificate
- Current Driver's License with a well maintained vehicle
- A team player who is reliable, honest and customer focused with a passion for real estate.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Professional presentation
- Ability to multi task and manage your time
