APG Workforce are currently looking for an Experienced HR/IR Coordinator to join our clients busy food manufacturing business based in
**Mt Kuring-Gai.**

This role will oversee two sites, 1 based in Mt Kuring-Gai (near Hornsby) & the other based in Pendle Hill. The successful applicant must be able to travel to our clients Pendle Hill site at least once per week (kms will be reimburse for travel each week).

**The Role**:

- Provide advice and support to site management on all aspects of industrial relations, including enterprise agreements, awards, Fair Work Act, the NES and any other relevant legislation and frameworks
- Conduct evidence based workplace investigations into any issue/incident/grievance as directed by the National Industrial Relations Manager
- Facilitate the performance management and disciplinary processes on site, in conjunction with management and in line with Company policy and procedure
- Participate and coordinate relevant activities relating to the enterprise agreement negotiation process
- Oversee and coordinate all recruitment activities on site, including labour hire, internal recruitment and direct recruitment
- Assisting in preparation of paperwork relating to level changes, classification changes, section/site transfers, etc
- Running reports, answering phone calls, attending meetings, data entry, minute taking, scanning/printing/saving/filing/archiving documents, fielding enquiries and any other relevant administrative tasks relevant to the IR department

**To be successful**:

- Qualification in Human Resources, Compliance or other relevant area is advantageous
- Previous experience in a similar role or has transferrable skills (Retail Management or Food/Beverage Management)
- Medium to advanced computer skills with a High level organisational and time management skills
- Can work autonomously and in a team environment
- Excellent communicator & Able to work effectively and remain calm under pressure
- Excellent people skills and the ability to liaise with personnel at all levels
