**About the Opportunity**

This role reports to the HR Manager and we are open to having this role as a full-time OR part-time (5 days a week / 6-8 hours per day).

Due to our continued growth, we seek energetic organized individuals to join us. You will be reporting directly to the HR Manager.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Own the day-to-day office operations, including managing and ordering office consumables, such as courier supplies, stationery, and pantry items.
- Management of all office admin/reception duties
- Receiving inbound telephone orders and inquiries,
- Manage the daily flow of incoming and outgoing courier coordination for parcels, ensuring timely distribution.
- Liaise with the cleaners to ensure the lobby/reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for visitors.
- Raising all non-inventory POs (Purchase Orders)
- Overseeing the housekeeping and daily running of the office
- Work with the HR Manager on ad-hoc projects from time to time.

**Reception and First Point of Contact**:

- Welcome visitors and callers.
- Provide general support to the HR Manager and internal teams.
