**The Company**
Work for a privately owned Australian Company providing premium quality poultry products throughout Australia. My client operate throughout Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia and Western Australia.

An opportunity has become available for a motivated individual to join our large successful company as full-time Industrial Relations Coordinator at their Mount Kuring-Gai facility.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide HR/IR advice and assistance to Managers and employees
- Performance counselling, prepare warning letters and provide advice on performance issues whilst adhering to Company policies and procedures
- Conduct workplace investigations
- Assist with recruitment and selection including immigration checks
- Assist payroll officer with all time and attendance and payroll queries when required
- **Location**: 4 days at Mt Kuring-Gai, 1 day at Pendle Hill
- **Salary**:$75,000 + Superannuation
- **Hours**: Monday-Friday; 8:30am-5pm

**Experience required**:

- **Ability to interpret Australian workplace Awards, Agreements and relevant Industrial Relations legislation is a must**:

- Attention to detail
- Previous Industrial Relations/Human Resources experience
