The role will be based in the office 5 days per week.
**The Role**:
In this position as the Collections Officer, you will be looking after a ledger of long-standing and respected customers. Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Conducting outbound and inbound collection calls
- Negotiating the collection of outstanding debts
- Respond to customer requests for payment schedules
- Updating all liaison with customers in the appropriate file
**Your Background**:
To be considered for this role you must possess most of the following attributes:
- At least 2 years in a role where you have conducted collection calls
- Excellent communication skills as you will be liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Great attention to detail
- Willingness to learn
- A can-do and positive attitude
- Happy to commit to 5 days/week in the office
