In this Group Coordinator position, your primary role will be to provide group coordinator and administration support to the Group Director, leadership team and the wider Building + Places, which is one of many business lines across the wider AECOM business. _Please note this is a 12 month fixed term contract._
- Organize and schedule meetings, set up equipment, manage agendas, and assist with presentations for conferences and internal meetings.
- Coordinate and schedule client meetings and events, serving as the primary coordinator for all B&P internal and client events, including catering requirements.
- Manage expenses and invoices, assist with project cost planning, and provide weekly debtors reporting.
- Support business reporting processes, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, as well as project reporting.
- Assist with project setup in Workbench and manage project cost planner setup and weekly updates.
- Arrange travel and accommodation for the B&P leadership team as needed, ensuring compliance with policies and guidelines.

**Qualifications**
- Strong time management and organizational skills with a sense of urgency; effective problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
- High attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrates passion, energy, and drive.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
