About the role

The Groups Marketing Coordinator reports into the Groups Marketing Manager and is responsible for developing and implementing marketing activity for our group donation program, Lifeblood Teams. You will utilise expertise and experience to develop and maintain the Lifeblood Teams suite of assets and toolkits and develop content for use on our various channels.

You will be the first point of contact for our annual campaigns such as National Blood Drives and National Donor Week. Collaborating with Marketing and Regional Partnerships, you will work on the entire campaign lifecycle from developing collateral and ensuring all parties are well equipped with relevant material and information to conducting campaign performance analysis, reporting, and presenting on these.

This is a permanent full-time position supporting a Melbourne based team with a hybrid WFH/office environment.

Highly organised with experience delivering large marketing projects

Experience writing creative briefs and coordinating multi-channel campaigns

Strong communication abilities, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail

Exceptional stakeholder management skills and leadership qualities

**Desirable**:
Marketing/Business related qualifications

Experience working within a similar marketing or partnerships role

Experience working with creative and media agencies

Experience using brand management and CRM software
