**Your new company**
Hays is working in partnership with the Australian National University to deliver its strategic, 10-year Digital Master Plan. In partnership, the objective is to achieve the University's strategic goals: a student experience to equal the world's best, and research that transforms society and creates national capability.
**Your new role**
You will lead a couple of initiatives including delivering an existing Change Plan and Engage with a wide variety of stakeholders and interface across multiple levels with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. There are multiple in-train Projects which will require Change support.
**What you'll need to succeed**
The University is looking for experienced Change Managers who have experience around IT Projects. A confident self-starter with exceptional communication skills is what is required. Experience in the Tertiary Education system would be great, however not mandatory. If you have thrived in a similar role in the Private Sector or Government, we'd love to hear from you
**What you'll get in return**
