**The Role**
As a core member of the Apprenticeships Modernisation Program (AMP) team, the Change and Engagement Support Officer is the key contact person for a range of stakeholders across Australian Government departments and agencies, state and territory governments, private industry and the public.

The Change and Engagement Support Officer works with the Change Co-ordinator and AMP team to support change management activities by facilitating communication and information sharing between the AMP team and stakeholders. They contribute to the work of the team by managing the mailbox, responding to requests for information, and undertaking and escalating tasks, and track and coordinate engagement activities.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
Responsibilities of the Administration Officer will include:

- Managing project communication channels, including management of internal mailboxes and co-ordinating stakeholder communications.
- Administering stakeholder engagement activities, including establishing meetings and events, taking minutes and facilitating the delivery of action items.
- Developing and maintaining positive collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Supporting change management specific tasks or projects, such as the development of communication and training products.
- Assisting with change management activities, such as analysing user research data, drafting reports, reviewing training products and assisting the Change Management Office as required.
