The Corporate Services Coordinator reports to the Corporate Services Manager. This role will work collaboratively across teams both within the same department and across the broader business, supporting continuous improvement and project-related activity.

The role is responsible for the day-to-day delivery of high-quality customer service to registry clients and for the successful execution of corporate actions and shareholder meeting projects.

You will work closely with a Project Manager and/or the Manager, Corporate Services - Adelaide to ensure all client activity is actioned and reviewed to meet strict deadlines and service delivery levels.

Projects primarily consist of corporate activity such as capital raisings, takeovers, buybacks, and shareholder meetings. The coordinator is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of these projects, including (but not limited to) mailing of documents to shareholders, daily reporting and liaising with clients, tabulation of votes and attendance at shareholder meetings.

In addition, you will undertake some day-to-day administrative and client support tasks.

- Liaise with mail houses and co-ordinating both the pre
- Liaise with clients and review meeting documentation
- Respond to client, Relationship Manager, and other party queries in a timely manner
- Responsible for setting up the shareholder meeting parameters in the SCRIP system and monitoring the votes throughout the life of the project
- Attending client company meetings
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
- Day to day administrative tasks undertaken in a branch office

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service focus
- Experienced in adapting style to influence a range of stakeholders
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
- PC skills - proficient in all aspects of MS Office
- Ability to contribute to a dynamic team-based environment
- Ability to interpret internal and external business challenges and recommend best practices
- Knowledge of Corporate actions and the financial services will be highly regarded
- Ability to work independently
