East End Marketing is one of Adelaide's largest independent full-service agencies. With big-agency capability and independent agility, we're proud to help our clients grow; and now we're looking for an experienced Account Manager/co-ordinator to join our Kent Town team.

The RoleThis is a mid-level role, ideal for someone with 3–5 years' experience in marketing or communications who's ready to step up and take real ownership of their own client portfolio. You'll be the key contact for your clients, working closely with our creative, digital, and media teams to make sure projects run smoothly and results exceed expectations.

No two days will look the same: you might be briefing the creative team, reviewing campaign performance, presenting strategies to clients, or coordinating media schedules; all while keeping projects on time, on budget, and on brief.

What You'll Do
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, building strong and lasting relationships.
  • Oversee campaign delivery end-to-end, from briefing through to reporting.
  • Work hand-in-hand with our creative, media, and digital specialists to deliver great work.
  • Provide proactive, strategic advice to clients to help them achieve their goals.
  • Keep projects on track with clear communication, strong organisation, and problem-solving.
  • Spot opportunities to strengthen client relationships and grow accounts.
What You'll Bring
  • 3-5 years' experience in marketing or communications (agency experience desirable).
  • A track record of managing multiple projects with attention to detail.
  • Confidence in communicating with clients and internal teams alike.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a drive to get results.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Australian work authorisation is required at the time of application.
