This leading organisation is well-renowned within the Facilities Management sector, to support key business divisions, they are seeking to appoint an Operational Asset Manager to support two key facets of the Asset Management team.

Your focus will be 60% focused on implementing Asset Management Plans and 40% as a Hands-on Asset Maintenance Planner / Scheduler.

**The Duties**
Implementing asset management plans, improving maintenance processes and procedures, delivering training and support to the Asset Practitioners across the business, and updating the asset data on the CMMS for all contracts within the division.

As a hands-on Asset Maintenance Planner / Scheduler, duties include reviewing existing Asset Lists, Asset Trees and Management Plans, scheduling planned preventative maintenance (3, 6, & 12 months), support 3-, 5- and 10-year lifecycle plans, with a focus on process improvement and report set-up and generation.

**Skills and Attributes**
- 10+ years' experience in a similar Asset Management role writing up and managing Asset Trees, Asset Lists, and Asset Management Plans
- CMMS experience (SAP, Maximo, Mex, Pronto)
- Must have strong experience across Maintenance Planning and Asset Management
