**3PL 2IC/Team Leader - Erskine Park**

A great opportunity exists to join our Erskine Park warehouse “2IC team”.

Working closely with the Warehouse Manager & fellow customer silo 2IC team leaders to oversee & drive daily operations.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, enjoys autonomy, and takes pride in maintaining high standards.

You'll be part of our close-knit Sydney team involved in all aspects of warehouse activity, taking ownership of key tasks and ensuring accurate, timely, and efficient outcomes across our client base.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work alongside the Warehouse Manager to coordinate daily operations and drive warehouse performance
- You will be responsible for a core group of customers within the warehouse.
- Oversee the team’s daily receipt, pick, pack, dispatch & inventory functions.
- Work closely with the management & team leaders to roster & resource as required
- Driving a strong safety culture & ensure safe work practices.
- Ensure team members follow our rigid process of 100% RF operated transaction
- Become a WMS (INFOR) “Super User” & provide adequate advice & training to staff & clients
- Assist team members to ensure required tasks are completed on time & accurately (hands on)
- Operate high-reach forklifts (double deep experience highly regarded)
- Maintain stock accuracy and handle client-specific requirements
- Ensure a clean, safe, and compliant warehouse environment

**You will have**:

- 3-5 years 3PL experience
- Preferably 1-2 years in a senior operators/team lead role
- Current forklift licence with high-reach forklift would be a strong advantage
- Experience using RF scanners & WMS operating systems (Experience with INFOR WMS an advantage)
- Proven ability to “drive a result” & continually improve process efficiencies
- Lead with a reliable, proactive, and self-motivated attitude
- Ability to work independently, taking initiative while keeping management & colleagues informed

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- No weekends
