**About the Role**

Our **Macquarie Park** location is currently seeking passionate & motivated individuals to join their team in reaching collective goals.

As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic **Room Leader/2IC** to join our close-knit and supportive team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Working collaboratively with a team of Early Childhood Educators toward collective goals.
- Facilitating a safe & caring environment for all children.
- Driving initiatives, curriculum activities, and continuous improvement.
- Observing and documenting the progress of each child, in line with the EYLF & NQS.
- Liaising with parents regarding routines, progress and challenges.
- Assisting with the implementation of programs and experiences to meet the needs of individual children
- Contributing to the completion of documentation of children's skills and interests that includes a clear cycle of reflective practice
- Ensuring the physical environment is well maintained
- Engaging in professional communication with families and caregivers

**About You**
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education
- ** Monday to Friday Availability**:

- Lead and develop the team to deliver a high-quality cycle of planning, curriculum and outcomes for each child in your room
- Current First Aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain one)
- Current Working with Children Check
- Must have excellent written and communication skills
- Passion, enthusiasm and a strong commitment to children
- Interact with Children and Families in a positive, sensitive and respectful manner.
