Burnett House Early Learning & Kindergarten Regents Park is a brand new campus opening soon.  We are a family orientated, premium early education campus with a focus on creating a successful future for all our children, educators and families. Situated in the heart of Regents Park, we have a beautiful & well-resourced environment that cares for children from 6 weeks to 5 years.

Role Requirements

We are seeking a 2IC, Educational Leader, Educators & Lead Educators to join our brand new campus when it opens later this year. The successful candidates will need:

  • Diploma or Cert III of Early Childhood Education (or studying)
  • a current and valid Working with Children Check
  • a Current First Aid CPR and emergency Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
  • experience with the NQF, NQS, EYLF & the QKLG
  • an ability to interpret curriculum documents
  • effective oral and written communication skills

Key Role Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for the development and implementation of the studio program.
  • Provide children with a safe, secure, welcoming and nurturing environment.
  • Work collaboratively within a team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.
  • Delivery of a high-quality, inclusive, educational program.
  • Participate in professional and personal development.
  • Promote the service within the local community in accordance with the Vision, Mission and Values.
