APS3 General Administrative Support Job Specific Duties include, but are not limited to:

- Provide a broad range of administrative advice, services and support;
- Arrange meetings and coordinate travel and administrative arrangements for internal and external clients and service providers;
- Procurement of goods and services including cheminformatics software;
- Downloading documents to international meeting folders in TRIM;
- Draft correspondence varying in complexity, from routine and procedural correspondence to briefings or reports, under direction;
- Coordinate and monitor correspondence flow;
- Onboarding of new staff;
- Monitor budgets and review and report on expenditure;
- Contribute to the establishment and attainment of team goals and work practices and have responsibility for the achievement of specific outcomes within the team;
- Build and sustain positive working relationships with internal and external clients, service providers and stakeholders; and
- Direct and train staff to ensure delivery against agreed objectives.
