**Head Barista/Bar Manager**

**Position: Paramount Coffee Project Bar Manager/Head barista**

**Salary: $60,000-70,000 Annually + Superannuation (with 6 monthly pay and performance review)**

**Start Date: ASAP**

Are you passionate about specialty coffee and delivering exceptional customer experiences? Paramount Coffee Project is looking for a talented Head Barista to join our team

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years in a head barista position
- Minimum 2 years working with speciality coffee
- Cupping experience and a trained palate (you will need to source rotating single Origins)
- Stock control, ordering, waste management
- Ability to learn quickly
- Ability to lead a team
- Available to work 1 weekend

**Responsibility**
- Manage the bar team
- rostering, hiring, training
- Lead and inspire our barista team
- Ensure high quality coffee preparation and presentation
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Source rotating single origins
- Educate customers about our coffee offerings

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
