**About the role**:
Our product management team drives our roadmap through a solid understanding of our customers' problems and needs, developing solutions that provide demonstrable customer value, delight end users, and ensure customer success. We encourage innovation and creativity. Our team practices world-class product management based on agile and lean standard methodology. Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer - this role will help drive relentless product innovation and execution of our feature roadmap with your the key objectives being:

- Facilitate engaging collaborative workshops such as discoveries and design sprints to help maintaining the focus on customer value
- Work alongside the BI and Analytics team to report on feature performance and explore data to help support the development of lean canvas
- Assist the CTO, Chief Product Officer in the development of the product roadmap for the CitrusAd product suite developed with a focus on customer expectation as well as market research, competitive analysis and benchmarking to help define new functions and features documents that promote engagement amongst key stakeholders
- In collaboration with the Director, Test and Automation establish user acceptance testing processes that keep the user in the forefront of all product development

**About you**:

- Proven experience and knowledge of software product management or owner experience
- Previous experience with APIs - either on the product side or engineering side
- Entrepreneurial spirit - self-driven and curious with a passion for solving problems
- Demonstrated project leadership skills.
- Success in planning, executing and managing projects.
- Precise and articulate written and oral communication; ability to speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations and demonstrate individual and group presentation skills.
- Proven track record of successful new product development using formal methodologies working with an Agile Technology Team, preferably using Scrum
- Experience with any of the following: AdTech, MarTech, Enterprise SaaS, Mobile, Point of Sale, Financial Transaction Systems
- Experience with various BI tools/reporting systems (Domo, Looker)
