We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to join our dynamic and fast-paced environment in Enterprise Technology Services (ETS). You'll work collaboratively with the Product Manager to plan and deliver high impact solutions that meet customer needs and align with our business goals within our End User Compute (EUC) team.

If you live and breathe the EUC product and enjoy working closely with the engineers and designers, working cohesively with key colleagues and stakeholders to maximise the value and delivery of multiple initiatives and features of the product, we encourage you to apply

**Day in the life**:

- Be an expert in your domain, and advocate for the customer
- Actively participate in the product discovery activities which help shape delivery
- Contributes to the wider strategic vision and roadmap
- Managing the product backlog, including prioritisation, grooming and defect management
- Gather and document business and technical requirements in collaboration with the business analysts
- Constructs and prioritises delivery processes to ensure that the engineering team is clear on what to work on next.
- Work collaboratively with the product manager and product team to identify a minimum viable product
- Key role in agile project delivery, including estimations, planning, user story acceptance and release activities
- Communicates the voice of the customer to the engineering team
- Support the implementation of initiatives with cross-functional teams
- Ensure a quality product is delivered efficiently by working closely with team members throughout delivery

**You'll be perfect for the role if you have**:

- End user computing experience
- Industry or certification experience
- Knowledge of FCTG systems an added advantage
- IT degree desirable
- Strong technical acumen to think critically and converse with technical architects and developers
- Proven track record of managing and launching initiatives
- Ability to lead projects across multiple teams and stakeholders through organisation
- Research, analyse and make recommendations on administrative, management and procedural practices and other complex business problems
- Analyse, evaluate and integrate business processes and procedures
- Handle multiple and parallel features and initiatives in various stage of delivery

**Outside of office hours maybe required for Global collaboration**
