**THE ROLE**
- As the Specification Sales Representative, you will be working autonomously (home based) and would look after clients within Melbourne CBD.
- You will be responsible for getting our client’s full range of flooring solutions specified in with the architects/designers. You will also work closely with the commercial builders and end-users to ensure that the project is delivered efficiently and accurately.
- Due to the significant increase in new commercial projects in Brisbane, this role will have you identify and win new projects. Your success will be based on how well you manage the relationship with the architects, builders and the end-user.
- You will be working closely with the Regional Sales Manager VIC who will provide you full product training.

**THE CANDIDATE**
- The most important thing: Experience selling to architects and designers
- Ideally you have a track record of success selling premium building products to architects and designers such as flooring, tiles, stone, cabinets, furniture, bathroom products, etc
- Strong understanding of the specification process - from specifying with the architects through to following it through with the builders and end-users.
- In terms of soft skills, we are looking for someone enthusiastic, passionate about design, and understands how to value and sell as our client’s product offering is considered premium.
