**YOUR ROLE**
As the Executive Manager,Selection & Portfolio Construction you will join our Group Finance function to lead the execution of IAG's Asset Allocation strategy through the research, assessment, and selection of external asset investment.
Reporting to the Chief Investment Officer you will develop strategic partnerships with key external asset managers to leverage their capabilities to the advantage of the internal investment team. This will involve developing strategic partnerships with key external expert asset managers across a broad range of asset classes and sub asset classes with a particular focus on fixed income and real asset.
You will provide portfolio insights and communication collateral to support IAG's corporate communication strategy.
This is a permanent role based in Sydney
**ABOUT YOU**
- You will have extensive demonstrated expertise in developing market best practice manager selection and portfolio construction methods
- Significant experience in multi asset multi manager investment portfolios
- Substantial expertise and exposure to working across a broad range of asset classes
- Proven leadership skills in managing both internal and external investment professionals
