The company's mission is to provide a trustworthy, seamless car-buying experience, while the Concord store continues to serve as a central hub for sales operations, customer service excellence, and business growth. To support this mission and ongoing expansion, Allen Car Sales (Concord) is seeking to sponsor a full-time Retail Manager who will oversee day-to-day retail operations, lead the sales team, and ensure continued compliance with industry standards.
About The Position
Allen CarSales is looking for a full-time Retail Manager with at least 1 years of relevant experience and a relevant diploma qualification.

Tasks and Responsibilities
Sales Operations Management:
- Oversee the end-to-end retail sales process, ensuring smooth and efficient vehicle transactions from customer inquiry to final delivery.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
· Team Leadership and Performance Management:
- Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of sales consultants, setting performance goals and providing regular training and feedback.
- Conduct performance reviews, monitor KPIs, and foster a high-performance, customer-focused team culture.
· Customer Service and Relationship Management:
- Maintain a strong customer service standard by ensuring all clients receive prompt, respectful, and knowledgeable service.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues effectively and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
· Inventory and Vehicle Display Management:
- Manage and monitor vehicle inventory, coordinating vehicle wholesales and auction, rotation, and stock levels based on sales trends and demand.
- Ensure all vehicles are appropriately priced, well-presented, and professionally displayed in the showroom and online platforms.
· Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance analysis for management, identifying trends of vehicles and recommending strategic actions.
- Track customer insights and feedback to improve processes, offerings, and customer experience.
· Digital Platform Integration and Online Sales Support:
- Assist with the implementation and continuous improvement of Allen Car Sales' online retail platform like Company website, Facebook, Carsales and Red notes, including virtual vehicle tours and digital financing options.
- Ensure accurate online listings, promotional content, and smooth user experiences in above digital platforms.
· Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure retail operations comply with relevant industry laws, Fair Trading regulations, and internal company policies.
- Oversee proper documentation of sales, contracts, and customer records in line with dealership standards.
· Marketing and Promotion Support:
- Collaborate with marketing coordinator to plan and execute promotions, events, and seasonal campaigns to increase foot traffic and online enquiries.
- Provide input on advertising strategies and vehicle promotions based on current market conditions and sales data.
· Staff Recruitment and Training:
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new retail staff members.
- Provide ongoing training and support to ensure team members are knowledgeable about vehicles, financing, and compliance requirements.
Qualifications, education, experience, and abilities required:
Qualifications/Education
· Relevant Diploma qualification (In business / leadership management)
Experience/ Knowledge
· At least 2 years of relevant management experience working in the car trading industry
· Above to undergo the above tasks competently

· Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
· Team leadership, supervision, and staff training
· Excellent customer service and relationship management
· Inventory and stock control, showroom presentation
· Sales reporting, forecasting, and budgeting skills

Salary
Below is the annual base salary to be paid, plus superannuation contributions made at the level prescribed by the Superannuation Guarantee laws, or any laws that replace them. Annual base salary is $102,752 + superannuation per annum.
