**About the Role**
As our Operations Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day service delivery and operations of Ablepoint Australia, working at the intersection of quality care, workforce management, and business growth. This role suits someone with a background in disability, aged care, or community services who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at driving performance, compliance, and participant satisfaction.
You’ll be the key contact for both participants and staff, managing the operational engine of AblePoint to ensure our services remain responsive, compliant, and scalable.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee and coordinate end-to-end operations across all services, including SIL, STA, and community programs.
- Lead participant activity coordination to ensure an exceptional client experience.
- Recruit, onboard, and support Team Leaders, support workers, and service delivery staff.
- Forecast workforce and participant needs to support growth.
- Act as the primary contact for staff and ensure strong relationships with participants and stakeholders.
- Monitor and drive performance against KPIs (service delivery, participant satisfaction, compliance).
- Develop and manage staff schedules and ensure efficient rostering.
- Ensure service delivery meets NDIS quality and compliance standards.
- Support business development initiatives and expansion into new regions.
- Provide input on process improvements and operational strategies to scale services effectively.
**About You**
- Background in disability, community, or aged care services essential.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a leadership or operational management role.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proven ability to manage teams, KPIs, budgets, and performance metrics.
- Experience in NDIS operations highly desirable.
- A strategic thinker who enjoys solving problems and scaling systems.
- Confident in leading both clinical coordination and operational delivery.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-growing environment..
