The HR Manager at Ablepoint will be responsible for overseeing the HR functions within the organization, particularly focusing on improving employee satisfaction, mitigating legal risks, and efficiently allocating human resources in line with the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) requirements. This includes managing recruitment, talent pools, onboarding and offboarding, performance management, and compliance with NDIS regulations. The HR Manager will collaborate with department heads to ensure that all HR initiatives are legally compliant, foster a positive workplace culture, and align with AblePoint's mission to provide high-quality services to NDIS participants.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **NDIS Compliance**: Ensure all HR processes are in compliance with NDIS standards, regulations, and policies, particularly in the areas of recruitment, training, and employee performance.
- **Performance Management**: Collaborate with managers to track and evaluate employee performance in relation to NDIS service delivery, ensuring KPIs and participant outcomes are met.
- **Employee Onboarding & Offboarding**: Manage a seamless onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are trained in NDIS policies and procedures. Oversee offboarding for departing employees, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
- **Legal Compliance**: Keep all HR templates, policies, and documentation up-to-date and compliant with NDIS, Fair Work Commission, and other relevant legal requirements.
- **Cultural Initiatives**: Develop programs that enhance employee engagement, retention, and a positive workplace culture, while promoting a deep understanding of NDIS values.
- **Data Management & Reporting**: Compile and analyze employment data, providing insights to guide HR strategies, track progress on participant goals, and meet NDIS compliance requirements.
- **Collaboration & Stakeholder Management**: Work closely with other departments, managers, and NDIS coordinators to optimize HR processes, align with organizational goals, and ensure a high-quality service delivery to NDIS participants.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within the NDIS sector or a related field such as healthcare or community services.
- Strong knowledge of NDIS compliance, participant outcomes, and support worker regulations.
- Experience in recruitment, performance management, and compensation strategies within the disability or healthcare sector.
- In-depth understanding of employment law, particularly NDIS-specific standards and Fair Work legislation.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for relationship building and information sharing.
- Ability to analyze employment data to inform strategic planning and operational improvements.
- Strong administrative skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic work environment.
- Proficiency in administrative software, HR tools, and NDIS-related reporting systems.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $77,928.00 - $84,298.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 per week
