**Solutions & Implementation Specialist - Brisbane Office - Permanent Full Time**

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Solutions and Implementation Specialist or Account Manager to join the Agent Solutions team at Domain. Responsible for driving the following commercial outcomes for the agent and agency customer base and non agency customer base. You will spearhead the onboarding and training of new clients to allow them to leverage our products to get the most out of them and ensure retention. Identify market opportunities and monitor competitive landscape and lastly, act as the conduit between the customer and our internal stakeholders to ensure success of our product set.

**Who are you?**
- Work with the sales team and industry to understand emerging customer needs and scan for market and competitor trends.
- Influence functions including Marketing, Product, Strategy, and Commercial Ops consider the voice of Domain’s customers as AS products and solutions are developed, acquired, enhanced and promoted, to ensure that value is obvious to customers and that Domain remains desirable in the market.
- Be the go to Agent Solutions product set expert, offering deep technical and solution expertise to support and enable the sales teams to effectively sell data solutions, before implementing solutions for non agency customers, as well as agency key accounts.
