**The role**
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Personal Assistant to join our professional team on a full time, permanent basis. This position will be based in our head office on St Kilda Road in Melbourne.
This role will be responsible for providing administrative and secretarial support to the Managing Director and wider Senior Leadership Team.
**Your tasks will involve**:
- Assist with preparing documentation and reporting as required;
- International and Domestic travel management for the Managing Director and wider Senior Leadership Team;
- Schedule and coordinate meeting, corporate functions and events;
- Maintain and reconcile financial material for the Managing Director; and
- Assist the Senior Leadership Team with varied and ad hoc tasks as required.
- 5+ years’ experience as a corporate Personal Assistant;
- Experience in a project or professional services related organisation highly desirable;
- Superior attention to detail and ability to identify and rectify errors;
- Great degree of professionalism and judgement with the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality; and
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to create strong and productive relationships at all levels.
