About Us

Executive Personal Concierge (EPC) has supported older adults across Melbourne for over 10 years. We provide respectful, person-centred care that enables independence and dignity.

We're growing our Senior Concierge team and seeking compassionate Personal Care & Support Workers to provide meaningful assistance in clients' homes and communities.

The Role

This casual position offers a mix of personal care and social support. Shifts include weekdays, weekends, and public holidays, with flexibility to suit your availability.

You'll:

  • Deliver respectful, person-centred care in clients' homes
  • Assist with daily living, mobility, and personal care tasks
  • Support safe medication routines (where trained)
  • Provide companionship and social support, including transport to appointments and outings
  • Help with light household duties and meal preparation

What You'll Bring

  • Minimum 1 year experience in aged care, disability, or community support (essential)
  • Cert III in Individual Support, Aged Care or Nursing (preferred but not essential if experienced)
  • Valid Police or NDIS Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Full driver's licence and reliable car with comprehensive insurance (essential)
  • Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
  • Other desirable skills: Manual Handling, Medication Assistance training
  • 4 doses of the COVID-19 vaccine (required for client safety)
  • Confidence with MS Office, email, and app-based rostering

(If you don't hold all certificates yet, EPC can support the right candidates to complete training.)
