**About the role**

We are seeking a creative and experienced Marketing Specialist, who can develop and execute the marketing & promotions strategy across Parra Leagues Groups venues. in line with business purpose and objectives.

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Specialist, the Marketing Specialist will bring extensive experience in End to End Campaign Management, Event Activation and stakeholder management.

**Key responsibilities**
- End-to-end campaign management of promotions & events including trade promotions, targeted offers and ticketed events
- System management to ensure all offers are available for our members
- Basic Website and Social updates to support Marketing promotions
- Management of key Marketing Events including Raffles and Trivia across our Club network
- Execution of key Lifecycle Marketing comms including Onboarding, Member renewals and birthday campaigns
- In-club activation of all promotions including signage, digital screens and other promotional support
- Detailed analysis and reporting on all promotional and marketing activities (including ROI)
- Deliver campaigns on-time and on-budget without any errors
- General administrative tasks as required

**What makes you perfect for the role?**
- Minimum of 3 years work experience in similar role
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline (preferred but not required)
- Strong experience in managing campaign End to End, from Campaign Ideation and execution, through to post campaign analysis and optimisation
- Excellent project management skills, familiar with project management tools such as Click-up, Trello, Asana
- Willing to occasionally work outside normal hours to attend social functions and events
- Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written)
- Willingness to work as part of a team
- Ability to provide an effective approach to Customer Service delivery
- Strong work ethic
- Driver’s licence and car
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite products
- RSA Certificate & RCG Certificate (or willing to obtain)
