**ABOUT THE ROLE**

An exciting opportunity is available for a passionate, creative Events Marketing Specialist. The Events Marketing Specialist will implement the School’s marketing activities with special responsibility for the successful execution of the School’s events and functions program.

**_Please note, this is a part-time (30.4 hours per week) opportunity based at The King's School in North Parramatta._**

To be successful for this role you will need to be able to demonstrate how you meet the following:

- Tertiary qualifications, or related experience /or other qualifications in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration or a related discipline
- Previous event management experience is essential
- Energy and creativity with a collegial and collaborative working style
- Advanced computer skills, in particular, the Microsoft Office suite
- A capacity to deal with ambiguity and conflicting priorities
- The ability to remain calm under pressure
- Flexibility to attend events outside normal work hours
