Talent Acquisition Officer

**The role**: The Talent Acquisition Officer (TAO) is responsible for supporting Youfoodz growth and staffing requirements, managing internal recruitment and hiring processes. This position will be focused on hiring frontline/blue collar, and salaried supervisor and team manager positions at the Youfoodz facility in Karawatha. Above all, we are looking for people who will **make HelloFresh Group** **better.** We believe there are many different ways of developing skills and we love diverse experiences So even if you don't "tick all the boxes" but think you'd thrive in this role, we would really like to learn more about you. **You will** - Manage Youfoodz internal recruitment processes for frontline/blue collar, and salaried supervisor and team manager positions - Act as the main point of contract for hiring managers and internal stakeholders regarding recruitment activities - Ensuring roles are prioritised based on business requirements and operational needs - Managing recruitment time frames and process with hiring managers - Working with the wider People Operations and HelloFresh Group Talent Acquisition team on Talent Acquisition strategy - Any other duties as reasonably required or directed **You have** - 2+ years' experience in either agency or internal recruitment environment managing high volume recruitment or managing multiple roles - Excellent stakeholder engagement & management - Experience in recruitment for food manufacturing desirable but not required - Experience utilising an ATS - Ability to develop metrics and produce meaningful reports **You are** - Driven attitude with ability to adapt to a fast-moving recruitment environment - Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to negotiate salaries - Confident problem-solving ability - Ability to partner with and engage with stakeholders - High levels of resilience, professionalism and work ethic - Approachable, energetic and flexible in approach **What you'll get in return** - The chance to have a significant impact on one of the fastest-growing global food technology companies in an exciting growth phase - Egoless environment, constant learning with room for personal growth - Free access to Headspace - HelloFresh Academies - monthly internal learning & development - A diverse and vibrant international environment, with offices in 18 countries - Company discount - 40% off Youfoodz - Onsite gym at the facility **Start Date**:Immediately available - Can wait a notice period **Duration**:Permanent full time role.
