- Operate high-reach forklifts to manage stock movements safely and efficiently
- Pick and dispatch orders using FIFO principles and WMS systems
- Load/unload trucks and manage finished goods storage
- Maintain accurate stock control and inventory records
- Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organised
- Current High-Risk Forklift Licence (LF) with proven high-reach experience
- Solid background in warehouse operations and logistics
- Experience with RF scanning, barcoding, and WMS systems
- A strong safety mindset and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Basic computer literacy and confidence with warehouse tech
