The Equipment team is responsible for fleet acquisitions, fleet management, international maintenance and continuous improvement so that Toll can continue to provide service quality.

**Job Description**:
Our Toll Equipment Maintenance team are seeking an adaptable and resilient **Maintenance Scheduler** to support coordination and planning of all fleet maintenance activities within Toll. These roles will champion change management within the wider business, work with key stakeholders, and support management with streamlining new processes and procedures concerning fleet maintenance bookings.

Based in our Karawatha office initially, but moving to Wacol, this role will report into the Team Leader - Maintenance Schedulers, and be a part of building a collaborative and dynamic team culture, focussed on group success. Take ownership of your portfolio, and be a driver of change and positive outcomes for Toll Group.

**As the Maintenance Scheduler, you will**:

- Build and sustain strong working relationships with internal customers, driving new process to ensure successful outcomes.
- Ensure effective planning and management of service bookings, whilst minimising maintenance expense.
- Engage with 3rd party maintenance providers, and partner with them to ensure high service quality outcomes.
- Contribute to the change management planning and new systems/processes rollout within Toll, and engage stakeholders to join in.
