**About the role**:
Bark is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our growing ANZ division. Bark is a global company operating in 11 markets worldwide across 1500 categories, connecting millions of businesses and customers every year.

As an Inside Sales Representative, you’re a proactive and hardworking individual with experience in B2B sales or are eager to kickstart your career in sales. You also possess a keen interest in technology and/or digital marketing and are hungry to further and develop your sales career in a forward thinking and fast growing tech organisation where growth opportunities are endless for top performers.

We are focused on furthering and building out our talented team to help establish, grow and scale our operation based in Melbourne. This opportunity is a challenging yet extremely rewarding one, with the chance to get involved in an ever evolving and fast paced company with massive ambitions to become the Amazon of the professional service industry. As part of this, you’ll get exposure to the wider picture and invaluable learning on how a tech business in our position scales and overcomes challenges across the board.

**Responsibilities**
- Meet and exceed sales KPIs
- Prequalify and vet high value customers and pass them through to our account executive team
- Use our internal sales CRM to track progress with new prospects
- Work closely with the account executive and marketing team to drive marketplace balance and growth of category health
- Challenge the status quo and provide constructive feedback to better internal processes and efficiencies

**Requirements**:

- Passionate about a career in tech or sales
- Strong Communication skills - ability to communicate effectively with all levels of business decision makers
- Results Oriented - competitive interest in setting and blowing out goals and a real hunger for success
- Coachability - capable of listening to constructive feedback and adjusting
- Resiliency - capable of dealing with objections and delivering on outcomes
- Problem Solver - ability to problem solve and work autonomously
- Team player - ability to work collaboratively with your colleagues and learn from and assist those around you
- Excellent Time Management - organisational skills, prioritisation, customer centric, product, refining process
- Active Listening - attentive to details provided, understanding both words and context, more interested in learning than speaking
- Experience in B2B sales, Sales Development or Outbound Sales experience is preferred but not essential
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a relevant field is preferred but not essential.
