An immediate opportunity has become available for a Water Services Administrator to join a close knit team. This role would suit someone that thrives in a fast-paced customer service environment and has the ability to multitask.
Our client is a leading water and sewer agency established over 25 years’ ago. They work closely with developers and provide coordination support to gain approvals, develop design works & coordinate construction of Sydney Water & Hunter Water services.
**The Opportunity**:
Whilst this role is diverse, your key responsibilities will include:
- Co-ordinating major works process through Sydney Water Corporation’s e-developer system (training to be provided)
- Responding to client correspondence in a timely and efficient manner, whilst ensuring client expectations are managed appropriately.
- Maintain a good working relationship with internal stakeholders, clients and Sydney Water Corporation.
- Preparing all paperwork and documentation required by field team and constructors.
- Answering phone calls and gaining information to assist the client, taking messages and answering client enquires.
- Administration duties to help with the smooth running of the office.
**About You**:
- Strong administrative experience with a proactive approach.
- Proven ability to plan, organise and meet deadlines.
- A calm personality with the ability to work under pressure.
- High levels of customer / client focus and an ability to build and maintain good stakeholder relationships.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn systems quickly, including being proficient in Microsoft Suite programs (Outlook, Excel, Word etc.)
- Willingness to lend a hand to co-workers when required.
