
Polymer Concrete Production Supervisor/Manager

ACO is a global leader in water management, with products to collect, clean, hold and release water; addressing all phases of the water cycle and supporting water sensitive urban design. ACO offers a range of products for drainage and other services both outside and within the building envelope.
We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Production Supervisor/Manager to join our Polymer Concrete Production team based at Emu Plains, NSW. You will be responsible to lead at floor level the two Polymer Concrete production line employees to ensure they are working safely and producing products that comply with ACO quality standards within the Group production layout guidelines.
Responsibilities:
- Provide hands on leadership at floor level to team members for both production lines to achieve company production objectives.
- Ensure Production data/statistics are recorded at end of each shift for both production lines.
- Oversee the training of new and ongoing training of existing team members.
- Liaise with and support, the Operations Manager in the implementation and maintenance of quality goals and standards for both production lines.
- Ensure Shift production is set up for both production lines with relevant moulds, components, finished goods pallets and work stations.
- Ensure sufficient raw materials for both production lines to function for each shift (mekp, cobalt, dry aggregates, other chemicals, resins, consumables, etc) and communicate with Operations Manager.
- Identify and report any faulty or abuse of equipment to the Operations Manager, review Mould condition daily and liaise with Maintenance for appropriate corrective action.

Preferred qualities and qualifications include:
- Minimum 5 years experience in manufacturing background.
- 5S or similar certification
- Previous experience as a supervisor / manager with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work to deadlines
