Specialising in servicing and maintaining European cars, including BMW, Mercedes Benz, Audi, VW and Porche. So much so that they are the go-to people for dealerships when things become a bit tricky too.

If this sounds like somewhere you'd enjoy working, then Accelerate Automotive is looking for you to fill our Service Advisor / Administration role.

To become the newest recruit on our A-Grade team, you will have;
- a genuine passion for the administration within the automotive industry;
- a track record of excellence with interpersonal relationships - exemplary customer administration skills with a proven ability to work well under pressure;
- superior time management skills and high-level organisation; and
- ability to learn fast, retain knowledge and communicate complex technical information to customers in a way they understand.

If you're our next Star Performer, you will be required to;
- work closely with the management and as part of the Service Advisory team;
- ensure the highest standard of customer service is provided to all clients;
- willingness to learn or have the ability to manage stock control;
- assist with the schedule of the day-to-day workload; and
- carry-out customer follow-up and prospecting activities to maintain and build the volume of work within the business.
