We are a family owned Commercial Kitchen and Food Outlet construction business looking for a Receptionist to take on this important roll with in our busy office.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, passionate, hardworking and reliable individual with a high level of reception/ office experience. You will possess either a recognized qualification in office administration or have equivalent experience as well as an excellent understanding of administrative systems and processes. You will also have the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- **Must have a high knowledge of MYOB.**:
- SKILLS REQUIRED:
- MYOB reporting.
- Experience with contracts/Plans and building documents would be a distinct advantage.
- Prioritization and problem solving.
- Ordering of materials and equipment.
- Calendar management and appointment making.
- Pleasant phone manner.
- Experience with MYOB Payroll.
- Data Input.
- Care and attention to detail/ Critical thinking.
- Excellent time management.

**Salary**: From $30.00 per hour
