**Role Purpose**
The Woolworths Group has been focused on the importance of digital and what we need to do to better serve our customers and to create shopping experiences that are personalised, seamless and convenient. In response to this, we have combined our Digital and Loyalty businesses under the new banner of WooliesX.
This role will sit within the Client Service Chapter (Campaign Media Planning and Strategy) and will be a key member of the Brooklyn99 Squad working on campaign planning and delivery to support partners within the grou.
Working closely with key stakeholders this person will be accountable for Campaign management and media plan development that will deliver against campaign objectives and commercial outcomes.
As a Client Service Specialist, you will have experience in media planning and a key contact from a stakeholder management perspective, whilst also supporting the Client Service Manager on any key deliverables.
You have experience with working with business and operational stakeholders with a proven track record of, effective communication skills and the ability to prioritize and problem solve. In addition, you will also be responsible for ensuring digital campaigns are delivered in a timely period.
**The Role**
A driven digital marketing professional who loves to push the boundaries on what digital media channels can do for a business. You have media planning and strategy skills. You are organised, proactive and efficient and able to manage multiple channels and campaigns (including budgets) across a broad range of brands, categories and media channels.
**In addition**:
- Understanding of Digital Media advertising principles (multi-channel).
- Sound understanding of the Media landscape and competitive trends in the category that may impact digital media strategies.
- Stakeholder management.
- E2E Digital Media Campaign management - including campaign planning and budget management.
- Proficient in management of Media campaigns across several channels (including Hybrid digital channels).
- Development of media plans, implementation responses and QBRs.
- Clear & effective communication skills - with ability to present to key stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Pixel Mapping / Tag Management understanding.
- Proactive thinker - Identify new media partner opportunities and opportunities for growth.

- A minimum of 3 years experience in a hands-on marketing/media role either client direct or within a media agency.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills with high attention to detail and time management.
- Exposure to account management practices and agile systems.
- Understanding of digital advertising principles, including programmatic media, paid search, paid social and SEO channels.
- Experience in working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Experience in research and planning tools such as Hitwise, Neilsen, etc.
- Experience with planning and buying tools like DV360, Google Ads or Facebook Ad Manager
- Data: Understanding of Audience / Tag management solutions - Google Analytics / Adobe Analytics knowledge.
- Tertiary qualified in relevant discipline (Business/Commerce/Marketing etc.).
- WOW Factor _
- Well-developed commercial acumen and proven ability to develop accurate forecasts that met or exceeds objectives
- Understanding of online of offline attribution
- B2C Retail Experience
- Experience in campaign automation and exposure to key principles and solutions.
- Demand Generation Tribe - Including Product Owners and Trading teams within Brooklyn99 Squad.
