You will deliver high levels of customer service to provide tailored repayment solutions based on the customers’ unique situation. In this role, you will; - Manage inbound & outbound customer calls - Assist customers to formulate sustainable payment solutions - Adhere to a schedule for maximum productivity - Detail accurate file action notes for all interactions - Comply with client & company policies & procedures **What You'll bring;** - Computer literacy skills including Microsoft Office Suite - Previous customer service, hospitality or contact centre experience - **Only Australian Citizens are eligible due to clearance requirements** **What’s in it for you;** Working at Recoveriescorp you will join a hardworking and supportive team.
