As a **Customer Service Representative**, you will be at the heart of our operations, delivering high standards of customer service. You will connect with customers to provide tailored support that makes a real difference to their unique situations.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- **Customer Connection**: Manage inbound and outbound calls, building rapport and trust with every interaction.
- **Needs Investigator**: Explore and assess each customer’s personal and financial situation to understand their needs.
- **Solution Seeker**: Provide tailored options and resolutions that align with the customer’s circumstances.
- **Record Keeper**: Accurately record file notes and ensure all customer details are updated in our systems.
- **Compliance Champion**: Work within regulatory frameworks to ensure every interaction meets quality and compliance standards.
